648 feeds? WOW - Blew me away. I agree that it helps to read other posts and see what is happening out there. I like pulling from a variety of sources that include, Blogging, parenting, authors, editors, librarians and more. I enjoy when I find a compelling thought or perspective I had not thought of before. Web writing is completely different than the other forums.

@Clare, I do read a ton of fiction online — or at least downloaded from online. I particularly think that Tor.com's idea of giving away novels as ebooks was particularly great.

I've been reluctant to get too attached to serial novels; I followed several about ten years ago, but just as I would get attached and really want to know what came next, the novelist would stop updating. I might give it another go, however.

Do you read fiction online? Of course there are ebooks and online versions of books meant for print publication, but I'd be interested in what you think about online novels, whether in serial form or not. My website (linked) hosts my online serial novel; another great place to find online fiction is www.webfictionguide.com, which has reviews and links to tons of online novels.

Totally agree! When I'm not writing my articles, I read people's articles, expanding my horizon of knowledge. And if you want your works to be appreciated, you have to go out and read others' articles and appreciate them. Commenting will mutually benefit yourself and the author of the articles, who get more audience, recognition, and feedback. You will definitely get more knowledge, recognition, and links. Check this out, you gonna like it:
